We've been making Kevin Bacon Hoof Dressing using traditional methods for over 35 years. It's a 100% natural product made from animal fat and fresh bay leaves, which are macerated to release their active ingredients.
Our hoof dressing doesn't just give the horn a beautiful shine. Kevin Bacon's Hoof Dressing penetrates and nourishes the hoof deep down. Regular use prevents the hoof wall from drying out, protects it from moisture and promotes horn growth. DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Normal use: Apply the ointment with a brush directly to the outside, sole and fork of each foot.
- Healthy hoof care: 2 applications per week.
- Before a show: 1 application (for beauty).
- In dry weather: 4 to 5 applications per week.
More intensive use for very dry hooves: Water feet for a few minutes, then dry. Then apply Kevin Bacon's Hoof Dressing Original.
Repeat daily for one week. If hooves remain dry, consider applying "The Green Hoof Dressing" daily until visible improvements are achieved.
