INGREDIENTS

Ground beef 76.2%, beef offal (liver, heart, lungs, kidneys)10%, chicken bones 10% and wheat flour (3.8%, to help maintain the roll’s shape).

PRESERVATION

Our product has a one-year shelf life. (Remember to check the date on the package.) The product should be stored at room temperature until it is opened. Max 25 celcius.

Once opened, the product must be stored in a resealable container and refrigerated. It will remain fresh for 3 to 4 days in the refrigerator.
