PAPER LITTER
The high absorbency of our paper mix prevents urine from running off, reducing the amount of soiled shavings to be removed and allowing a thinner layer of shavings to be applied than wood. Paper shavings absorb 5 times as much liquid as wood shavings, and absorption is instantaneous.
It's much more economical to use than wood shavings, and offers many other advantages worth considering.
In analyzing the different types of horse bedding, we realized that we needed an option that was quick and easy for the owner, environmentally friendly, good for the animal's health, and of course comfortable for it.
- So we experimented with different materials to create our product, and came up with an ultra-absorbent, food-grade paper foam.
- Our paper foam has a soft texture that adds to the animal's comfort. It reduces ammonia odors, as well as dust.
