Magnesium chloride flakes are the recommended product for dust control in horse riding arenas. It's safe for animals and vegetation, and won't dry out hoof leather.
It is also highly effective against frost, melting ice at temperatures down to -25°C.
Magnesium chloride should be applied to level, slightly damp ground. It is preferable to spread in the evening to allow the product to penetrate the soil.
