Riding without a saddle is now possible without harming your horse!

Most Riding Pads are rather bad for the horse and cause more discomfort than comfort, because the girth passes directly over the back and distributes all the pressure over one or even two spinous processes. The Cool Ride cushion features a V-shaped birth that distributes pressure over the entire cushion.

We deliberately decided not to attach stirrups, as standing with stirrups would lead to pressure points. The Rug is padded with high-density foam in alternating thicknesses and is very stable on the horse's back thanks to the anti-slip material on the underside. The girth is stabilized by patches with real sheep's wool on the underside, so the girth doesn't irritate the coat along the horse's flank.
