MYLER - English Dee MB Level 2 Copper bit

The MB 04 is similar to the MB 02 in that it rotates on the tongue and applies pressure to the tongue, however, it has a small port (¼") which introduces some tongue relief for the horse. The port allows the horse to swallow and move its tongue as it moves forward and is relaxed, acting as a release or reward.The mouthpiece is curved and wraps around the bars and lips instead of pinching.

 

 

The MB 04 offers an excellent transition from level one to level two. It is suitable for a wide range of horses, including green horses, experienced horses entering the Myler system, horses that have been ridden exclusively in a single-joint mouthpiece or horses that have not been ridden for some time requiring rehabilitation.

 

The hookless die is a traditional "D"-shaped cheek with fixed mouthpiece attachment. This style prevents the mouthpiece from draping over the tongue, providing a more direct signal than the loose ring. The right side of the dee doesn't pull through the mouth or pinch.
